Processing Time

We dispatch orders within 1–5 business days of placement.
Once shipped, delivery usually takes:
- U.S.: 7–20 business days
- International: 10–25 business days

Your order will ship between day 1 and day 5 from purchase.
- If it ships early, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number at the address you provided.
- If you haven’t gotten your tracking number by the fifth business day, check your Junk/Spam folder.
- If there’s still no tracking info, let us know via our support email so we can investigate.

If your order remains unshipped on the sixth business day, rest assured our team has flagged this with the Fulfillment Department.
Please allow up to three additional business days for us to obtain and share your tracking number.

While Within the Expected Window
- U.S. Orders: Up to 20 business days
- International Orders: Up to 25 business days
- Why Tracking May Not Show Updates Immediately:
  - The first scan often happens at a regional hub near your destination—until that scan occurs, tracking may not reflect package receipt.
  - Some carriers don’t scan again until a package is out for delivery.
  - Tracking systems can take extra time to refresh.
  - Certain shipping methods (e.g., Standard International) aren’t fully trackable online, though they still arrive by (or before) day 20 (U.S.) or day 25 (International).
If Beyond Day 20 (U.S.) / Day 25 (International)
- If your tracking shows no progress by those milestones, please wait an extra five business days—most packages arrive just after the published window.
If Beyond Day 30 (U.S.) / Day 35 (International)
- We know extended delays can be stressful. Orders held this long have been escalated to our Fulfillment Manager.
- Allow 2–5 business days for us to investigate. We’ll email you as soon as we have news.

Formula:
- Estimated Delivery = Ship Date + Transit Time (in business days)
- Weekends (unless you select weekend delivery) and holidays are excluded from transit time.
“Order Within” Countdown Timer:
- On select items, you may see a countdown indicating how long you have to order to receive delivery by a certain date. That date can change until checkout is complete; your final delivery estimate appears in your confirmation email.

Free-shipping orders arrive in 7–25 business days.
To keep costs low, we consolidate shipments, so initial dispatch may take a bit longer. Rest assured, your order will arrive within the 7–25 business day window.

Expedited options are rare so we can keep product prices affordable.
